I'm taking my plenum and intake runners off to search for air leaks, clean, and paint. I need to make sure I have everything on hand to put it back together.

I have intake runner seals/sleeves and thick paper gasket material. Will I need anything else?

It doesn't take "thick paper gaskets". It takes phenolic insulating blocks with paper gaskets bonded on both sides. The Cap'n

Thanks Cap'n.
Ok, so I need these intake manifold gaskets too.

I was going to use the paper to make a new gasket between the throttle body and plenum. Any different recommendations for that?

Anything else I might need?

Thick paper works for the TB gasket on your car, if you can't get the real thing. Looks like you have it covered. The Cap'n
