I bid and purchased a computer from a seller on ebay (small form factor HP). It seemed like a reasonable deal. Seller claimed computer to be "as good as new."

Received it a couple of days ago. Couple of scratches, no big deal. Wrong OS installed. No replacement software CD's. No keyboard/mouse, which are normally part of this model.

Went back and checked the listing. Looked for information on "missing" items. No mention of a keyboard/mouse missing, or a power cord. Seller claims "computer looks and functions as if it's new." Shouldn't that include the keyboard, mouse and Operating system it had when new?

If it had a picture and showed the missing items you could file a complaint "not as described" and try to get your money back. If nothing in the description or an image shows the missing parts, you are SOL (except for contacting the seller).
