I have the dash top off, okay everything in the whole car is off.

Anyway I need to glue one of the metal strips back into the dash top itself. This is the metal strip the plastic screws mount in.

So what to use to glue the metal strips to the foam dash top.

What adhesive will work?

Fiberglass resin? I would think that 3M wouldn't adhere to the foam core of the dash pad.

when in doubt go with epoxy. fiberglass resin may eat up the foam..my .02

Gorilla Glue. This stuff is great. I just used it to also hold down vinyl between dash and windshield on edges of new dash foam.
