Decided to tackle my sway bars this weekned. The front is a Tarret and the rear is a stocker. I did the front setup today. Started by drilling the tub. 1 1/8" holes for the Tarret bar and the three mounting holes. Then made some backing/nut plates out of some flat stock (1/4" plate) I had laying around.

Here's the backing/nut plate next the Tarret bushing block:

Welded the backing plates into the tub.......

OK..........got around to doing the rear bar mounts today. Started by making the brackets that get welded underneath and some re-enforcing plates for the top side (inside trunk).

Here's the nut plates/brackets I made:

Has anyone converted the factory rear sway bar drop links to heim joints instead of the factory bushings????
