SO my plan is to pop rivet the fiberglass flares on.
Haven't gotten up enough courage to cut the fender out. Just the knowledge of there is no return after that point make me want to really get it right the 1st time.
Problems are interference at the lowest points of the wheel openings. I read somwhere that you need to leave some of that material to provide some support.
The side marker lights are in the way so I either need to delete or cut the flare out to go around the light.
got some plastic beading to go around the fiberglass fender edge so that should look ok when painted the yellow body color.
What should I put between the two panels to prevent (or limit) the rust monster.
