This stuff rules. I just fixed up my lawnmower with this stuff, I eliminated my exhaust leak(s) in my 914 with this stuff (Remember Brad?) I just fixed a leak in my Subaru....If I could coat my entire engine in this stuff I would. Too bad it smells like a fat guy's arm pit RTV...will you marry me? smlove2.gif mueba.gif

I told you to use "Orange" RTV High Temp. I coat the copper gaskets with them before installing stock heat exchangers and racing stub tubes.

RTV (room temperature vulcanizing) cures as a chemical evaporates. most of them use acedic acid and that's the smell. don't get it in your eyes (don't ask). the faster the stuff evaporates the faster it cures.
