I have heard rumor that there is some sort of a wand to apply POR 15 metal ready, phosphoric acid, and POR 15 into the Longs...I can see up next to the battery tray, and I could stick a want up there...but I could not spray into that area with a normal spray gun.

I do not want to clog up my spray gun either...so I would like to find a system that could be dedicated to spraying POR 15...and of course..CHEAP..

A JC Whitney level item would be fine..its really a one use tool that will see little use after I am done...

Strap -on sells one. It's 85.00 though! I have one of those but for Ospho I generally use a cheap paint gun I have. If you dial the fan pattern down to a circle you can shoot in the longs pretty well provided you have a large enough hole to get in. I'll get a pic of the Snap-On unit later today if I can remember wacko.gif

for ospho, couldn't you use a garden sprayer? $10 at home despot.
