As the title says, I have now finished the tub work, and I'm ready for a painter...
Any one in So Cal area have a painter that is really good, trust worthy, honest and not trying to retire from the profits of his next job...

Would Baja California be south enough?
You could try Los Panchos in TJ.
They have alot of 914 experience by now...

Actually, I like the idea ...but the problem I have is...No trailer or truck...How do I get it there...Do they pick-up and deliver...
Even if I had a trailer, the 912 won't pull it...
I would like to see your tub finished...Make a note to P.M. me when you get it back...

you could rent a truck and a trailer. might have some insurance issues if you take it across the border though. Look into it.

Yes, my thoughts exactly...I think that renting may be part of the solution though...

i went through all of that.....
the best way is to get a truck from AVIS like a F-150 or similar ($50/day).. then ask your buddys about a trailer or uhal trailer.. the ones without name on them..
good luck, and I will post pictures in my thread thats in my signature.. make sure to look next week. i will post pics of the body work this weekend, have some in there already

Los Panchos has no means of coming and getting a car this side of the border....you have to take it to them.
They don't really like "rollers" as they have to push them around...they prefer to drive them, but.......
