My German is very bad, but isn't that magazine pretty old? Like 1969
or so? It seems to mention 75 hp and 110 hp midengine? Like the
camping tent idea though!!

I can see now that our airflow and cooling concerns are unfounded. It seems to survive just fine with two small holes.

You drive it in to your garage and rip it off and drive to the races.

Now I understand the stupid vinyl on the targa bar, they simply forgot to remove it!

Colgan must have been helping with the prototype, though looks as though they have gone a bit overboard.....

That is how they "stole" the #4 car by covering it in all the tenting and going thru the guards saying this is a Skoda!

I do believe that our cooling concerns are still founded. I have had my 914 for 24 years, other than the winter, it runs hot. Do you suppose it is the way I drive it? I did put an on - off switch where my throttle used to be.

boy...camoflaging prototypes has come a long way ove rthe past 30 years. Now they just black out the panels...back then they built a tent ontop of the car!

Now we know where Pontiac got it's motivation for the Aztec!

first page, first small inset picture is "flipped" ...
unless it's two different cars. look at the position of the windshield wipers and more importantly, that would be the very first 914 with RHD ever made ...
