Seeking a reference for an enclosed carrier that does quality work at a reasonable cost. The run is from DC to NY, curb to curb. It also requires the carrier to be like 40ft or so to make the turns on the narrow streets approaching my home.

I dragged one from DC to Pittsburgh myself. not covered, but all wheels off the ground. It's a 4 hour drive down from pittsburgh, Rochester NY is about 6 or 7. Comming back is a little slower.

I will be using Intercity to get my car from MA to Chicago. I know they also have smaller enclosed trailers...would check them out, they have very competitive quotes.

Just be sure that they give you references and check out the references.....also ask them how many days will it take to deliver the car......Had a Alfa Spyder delivered from Pittsburgh Pa. to Woodbury Ct. took 7 days to go 250 miles and they had a jeep on the top row dripping anti-freeze all over the Alfas new canvass top and for this I paid top dollar.Use one of the name companies that advertise in the collector car magazines.
