I have seen this on 2 cars now.. Where can you find it? (what is it called)

Yep, that's what it is! I bought 100 of them in the late 70's to use for auto-xtrophies I made for my PCA region - they were cheap then. Only have 2 left - one is mounted to the engine grill of my 914 & the other is one th shelf with the mounting studs cut off (that's how I butchered them for the trophies).

Makes me wish I'd bought 200 of them!

I saw one of those things go for $300.00 once...

I have one mounted on my seat back.

Got mine from Zims about 5 years back. $28 bucks if I recall.
