Hi all,

Just had a thought, and figured I'd ask the subie guys here. I seem to remember that the WRX has/had a variable manifold. Is there any feasibility in adapting that manifold to fit to a Type IV motor?

I'm not talking bolt-on. I'm talking cutting, welding, machining etc...

I ask because the rules for my class allow any intake, but I can't touch the motor. Yeah, I know, weird rules. Anyway, I guess the biggest question I would have would be if the manifold is solid, or can accomodate engine expansion.

Any pictures or other info would be cool. Thanks!
