says global space left is 0kb and i can't upload anything.....

is there a fix or do i need to pay my dues?

See Garold's thread on the matter for more info, but in a condensed soup version its a setting for per-user limit on space that can be used for storing pics. It defaults at 300k and most people have more than 10mb of pictures on this site, hence going over that limit.
