Very pertinent, as I recently received a new set of Reprofuchs via Fedex this morning.....thankyouverymuch that worked out very nicely. I am thinking something along the lines of Dice that thread over the valve.....classy.

I say plastic. Since every time I get nice chrome ones they get stolen.

Black plastic. Never thought of valve caps as a "decorator item". Kinda like kitchen paper towels with flowers on 'em. I always buy plain white.
When Costco gives me green valve caps to advertise nitrogen, I change to black when I get home. Just an old (fashioned) guy.
