Got the handle off of the pivot. Can someone tell me how to get the cable off of the bottom of the handle. There is a rivet or stud holding the cable end on. Do you have to drill this out or does it come with a few hits with hammer and punch. I have taken the clip off of the back but it still does not come out. THanks for the help!

this pin original is slip fit, but obviously now is rusted in. Oil it and let sit for a while.
Later if you have to put head into a cavity for support of the handle and drive pin
out. Dimitri

I just went through this a few weeks ago.
Had to remove mine to remove the entire mount to repair stud/pivot which broke
loose.
I used PB blaster, that stuff works miracles. Spray it and wait 30 minutes.
Then, do it again. You should be able to work it loose by carefully
grabbing the pin that you already removed the clip from.
Twist it slowly; just be careful not to bung it up if you plan on re-using it.
