Might have been asked before and probably in some book, but can anyone tell me the correct original finish (on a '74 2.0L) for the gas cap, spare hold down bolt & plate and the front & rear trunk latches. Thanks.

The gas cap was a silver plating, probably cadmium.
The spare retainer pieces and the front latch pieces were yellow zinc plated.
The rear latch upper was also yellow zinc while the rear latch lower was unplated natural finish.

Info matches what's on my car, except that my front trunk latch was painted body color. Thanks again.
