I've noticed on late model cars the electrical plug connections have die electric grease to prevent corrosion. Would it be ok to use it on our 914's knot only for plug connections, but for the relays, fuses & ground connections after cleaning them up? Is this a good or bad idea?
Thanks for any info, Ralph

It will work, but it makes such a mess. I would only use it on the more corrosion prone connectors and bulbs.

You can put it on everything....I have used it on door hinges, hood hinges (GMC coil types), trailer connectors, bolt threads..........anything you want lubed. It keeps moisture out and stops rust. Besides RTV, it's second in the top of my tool box.

No, No. Don't put anything like
DIE electric on a 914. Just the mere mention of the word might scare the car and it will die.
