Im getting together with the guy who has the 6 that I may swap parts with to get early next week. My question is the trany to case bolt patern on a 4 the same as a 6? Why I am asking is I still have the part Rick and I cut off my old trans to mate it to the 928 eng. I was going to use it as a patern to make an adapter for my engine stand. I have some thick Al. plate here I can use to make it and just need the bolt spacing.

The engine to tranny bolt pattern is the same on the Type IV and the Six.
