I've been taking some weight of the teener recently and after reading your post about the sonoma diet, I looked inward.

I'm in wave 2 now and have lost about 7 lbs and look forward to losing another 10. It's a reasonable and enjoyable diet.

Just wanted to say thanks for mentioning it on the forum.
