Full Version: No 6 for me

spare time toys
Went and checked out the 6. Not close to anything I wanted. It was just a scrap only long block. The guy said I could get it rebuilt it was nothing a couple of heads and P/Cs wouldnt fix. KMA.gif Then add in all the parts that go on the outside just to get it to run and I think I just will move on down the road

If it had all the parts I would have probably swapped the Chrome twisties with him but man this one would have nickle and dimed me to death.

the gut feeling is the right move in my book. do you want a $$$eating project? there will be the one you want in the future. eric, i will store that dusty, in the way 2.2 in my car for you.

uhm, '74? Cosmetics are less important than function. My core should be quite rebuildable. It was working just fine when the motor went kerbloey a number of years ago...
