Found the targa front top seal at Mittelmotor. I ordered it 4-6 weeks ago, but it was on backorder until last week. $250.60 shipped, to Tennessee. It was not labeled with a Porsche part sticker, so I'm not sure if it's OEM or repro. Quality appears very good.

$250.00 for the winshield seal sounds like a OEM price.

Don't wait for me to install mine. It's not going on until after a paintjob and that won't be for several months.
