taking the 1.7 heads in soon and seeing as i know have 2.0 SSI and a Triad exhaust to go back on was thinking about bumping my valve sizes up.

what do you think?

Why not 2.0L valves and dare I say of Stainless.
get the ports worked on to improve flow. get one of them cams for FI from Jake make some power for your money.

Or just get a valve job and run what ya got.

I'd prefer to just build a bigger motor of course, which is why i picked up a spare to tinker with later on.

but for now i'm only lookin at the heads and compression ratio for my 1.7..

anyone upped valve sizes on a 1.7 for a street motor?
would be nice to know what would work best as i'm trying to get this thing to run as nice as possible without a huge investment.
