I've search but cannot find a drawing of all the engine parts for a type IV.

There has got to be one here somewhere.

Here's the images from the exploded parts diagram. There are a couple more of stuff I figured you didn't need diagrams for (piston, wrist pin, rings is one). Hope that helps.
