Does this mean you are going to start showing up for track days and autocross? Be a shame to mess up that pretty yellow car. Hey, I got an idea to help you out, give the motor to me.

Maybe that's a bit too much engine for you Wills.....you should probably start out slowly with a 2.0 for a while.....
Nice looking engine, August is coming soon, only 75 days away +/-

Look at that, they didn't even bother to sharpen up the teeth on the ring gear, quality control is really slipping these days. I'd love to hear it when the starter tries to engage those babies.
On the other hand, I suppose you could use those lugs for timing and bolt on seperate ring gear
Might be too heavy though, too bad.

where did you order the blinker fluid resevoir, and the flux capacitor from?

Jun 24 2006, 01:03 AM
I'll have to see the back of the flywheel before I say it's correct.
Did you ask for a 'conversion flywheel to put a 901 on to a 3.2'?
The teeth you see are for the reference sensors.
The lack of a starter ring seems incorrect, but I'll call Jim to confirm.

Just to let you know, I will be using a 1984-86 flywheel (915 transaxle), KEP clutch package, and KEP starter ring along with the Motronic fuel injection. The 901 transaxle I will use will be knotched for sensors. I think we are talking about the same setup.
Just information exchange and to see we are on the same path.
