I bought these 4 new injectors off ebay from a guy who had a 74 1.8...same as mine. The picture on his ebay auction look just like mine, but the ones he sent me look different????
Mine have a VW symbol plus I think is 0 280 150 102 and 022 906 031

The ones I bought have no VW symbol with the numbers D 16908A

Look at the injector tips in the pics??
What are you're thoughts
The first picture is what came out of my 74 1.8
Second is what I was sent
Third pic was the ebay pic

Not the same...not as advertised, get your money back. Do not install.

They look shorter and they are the cheap knock offs.

Whether or not they're functionally appropriate, the plastic tip covers are replaceable, and that MAY account for the difference in look. Kinda touchy to remove them from the old injectors, though. The Cap'n

AFter looking at the listing, that looks like a clear example of miss representation. Even if they would work, I'd send them back on principel.

You know, you can send your injectors to witchhunter performance and they will clean, test, and reseal them for $15/injector including return shipping.
