trying to trace a 98 Boxster vin and it keeps telling me its a incorrect vin number. God damn number is on the car so I am not making it up, checked for mistakes etc, there are no "O's" in a vin, ok. WTF

No "O"s ....supposedly, but my 911 has two records because some dipshit used an "O" where a zero shoulda been....so....ya gots to do a few searches before it comes back with all the stuff that SHOULD be there.
