That's an excellent reference & I agree with you one sanding or using any abrisive material on anodized parts. The anodizing is so thin it wouldn't take much to remove it completely.
By the way, I remember in the early 70's it wasn't uncommon to see 911 cookie cutters with a very pale green/blue anodizing on them. My 73T still has 2 cookie cutters will a very faint greenish tint still on them. The rest is long gone to age & cleaning. Anyone else remember such a thing?
