Here is the new baby, fellas!!!! I spent all I had but finally found a car with integrity and style. The pics do not do it justice. This car is the cat's meow. Be jealous, be very very jealous. I am replacing the front valance with an original black to match the rear and side skirts. Take care all.

Sweet. Delphi Green? Or you could paint the other parts to match the front spoiler.

Looks very clean. If it were me, I'd keep the "LE" valence but paint it black to match the rockers. I'd also think about ditching the front bumper "tits"...
Congrats and welcome to the 914club!

Is that a metal LE front valance? Are they very common?

Then you'd have a bunch of parts that don't match the body color!!

I am going to bail the "tits" on the front. I can't stand those things. Thanks for the positive replies. I can't wait to meet all the 914 guys in San Diego. This is my second 914 but I am new to the site. Thanks for the warm welcome. My family is big in the scene including Gregg Stavros, Chris Stavros and Charlie Pendrell. Don Clark does all their cars.

Quick interior shot. You can see there was a tweeter on the door that was taken out but the interior is all orignal so I'm not too woried about it.

Awesome.
L99A is my favorite.
I like that it looks very original cuz the differences are subtle and well done.
Keep the LE spoiler but paint it black.

they shaved the front markers off the front fenders and added euro front and rear lenses to make it look kind of like a euro version car.

Nice, very nice. Too bad you missed the dinner last night, you could have showed it off, and yeah, we would have all been looking, and met a bunch of the San Diego 914 locals. Oh well next time. What excuse will we use to get together next time, hum???? Coming out party?? Doesn't take much.
I was up at Don Clarks yesterday, looking at his GT3 RS, Wow see it run in two weeks at Fontana.

This must be the one a guy named Daryl was selling on the Samba for $10K. If you don't mind me asking, did you pay close to this price?
Delph green is one of my favorite colors. Does the engine bay look as clean as the rest of the car?
Again congrats and welcome.

Love the way this car sits on its wide tires. The wheels, paint, and just about everything else look amazing!!!
I'm with you and the others, black paint on that front spolier, bumper guard delete, and I'd lose the Porsche lettering (but that's just me).
I wouldn't do much else. What a great car!!!!!!!!!!!!

...I have what you need to make it complete...a sales brochure for your car...its the larger one passed out by the dealers in the same color! Its in perfect condition...perfect for a perfect car. Make me an offer I can't refuse...I've had it for years, I'd like to see it go to a good home. PM me...

For all of the people inquiring about the price I cannot say. I feel it is in my best interest as well as Daryl's to keep it between the two of us. I can tell you, however, it is worth every penny. I come from a family of Porsche fanatics and this is one for the ages. I am in love. I will get in contact with those who either want parts of the car or have ones I want. We will all be in touch for a long long time. Let's get a San Diego drive going soon. I am excited to meet all of you.

I just met Greg this afternoon while I had my car in it natural position in my garage. Kind of not fair to have such a nice car right across the street from me, but it was really nice to see the car and meet him.
I have included a pic of the maintenance garage right after the visit of the delphi green beast. Next time I will shoot a pic of Greg's car.
Cheers.

Hey Greg... nice ride!
Probably a great candidate for some wide tires and flares, candy-purple flamed paint job, some velour seat covers...

Seriously, though. Good score at any price. You should consider writing to Excellence Magazine and reporting your purchase...
