I thought it was Matt Romanowski, but that isn't it. I remember this fellow came around for awhile and talked about all kinds of Subaru specific info. I am looking for some engine specs and figured he may have some factory manuals.

That may be it. I want to say he is Colorado and was selling a lot of Subaru parts, maybe even doing WRX swaps into the 2.5 RS. Maybe he just opened his own shop or something.
