I purchased a 1975 914 1.8 from AA a couple of years ago. At one point they had rebuilt or replaced the left rear brake caliper. A couple months ago that caliper started rubbing so I tried to adjust it, but the adjustment nipple was cracked. Of course when I carefully turned it, it completely broke and started leaking fluid.
I replaced the adjuster, but I'm still having leaking problems. At this point, I just want to send it to a professional and have the caliper rebuilt. The pistons look ok to me so I believe it is rebuildable.
Can anyone recommend a shop to send the caliper to for rebuild or possible replacement if necessary? I used Foreign Intrigue several years ago but not sure if they are the best solution.
Any suggestions?
Thanks

Thanks for the help.
I sent him an email and I'll see what he can do with it.
I need to get this car back on the road.

Yup, Eric helped me out big time with my rebuilt front calipers.
Here is his
rebuilt caliper information in the Resources forum.

Thanks for the link. It helps. I searched for any information before I posted, but didn't come up with anything.
I guess I need to pull the RR tonight and ship them out.
