After 3 weeks of surgery at the Yeaman 914 Medical Center in Palo Alto,
914.043.0374 is out of the emergency room and awaiting transport to the Napa Rehabilitation Facility.

she needed a lot of "creative pulling" ... we also had to amputate one of the front fiberglass flares for better access ...

right now, it looks like she going to be a all original *narrowbody* car again ...
using *only* factory /6 parts, even factory /6 sheetmetal for the repairs ...
this is going to be interesting. she should be better than new when i'm done with her ...

I like the welded on pull tab in the front wheel well.
So are you happy with the way the rear shock tower came out or are you still going to replace it? He did a great job but it's still a little wrinkley (i.e. not better than new).

it's going to be replaced ... but we had to push it back out because we needed the measurement point. same thing in the front, even thought i'm planning on replacing some sheetmetal there around the front suspension mount, we had to recreate the original shape and weld up the ripped mount in order to pull the tub correctly ...
as i said, a lot of work ...
