Hey all,

Has anyone had any experience using Rod Simpson's shift kit for the 915 transmission? He uses a tail shift design and I was wondering if it is reliable, how does it shift (smooth, rough, notchy, mechanical, sloppy, tight, etc). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Stay away.

I like Rod as a person...

But his shift kits for mid engine are not good.

Hands down, go with the WEVO! There is no comparison when it comes to fit and quality of the Wevo unit and it helps that it looks cool.
