Refinish time!!! I got a pair of 15x8 last month, for the rear of mine. being restored as i write
Going to move the sevens that i have on the rear to the front to replace the 6,s
What size tires do you have on the back? Spacers?

I am going to switch to 16" later so these are just temporary. They had new tires and are clean so I figured I could sell them when I am done using them! No spacers installed and I am told I can go as large as 245 in the back with these rims!? I have no idea! As of now they are 205's on the front and 215's on the back with plenty of room on both sides for more tire.

Not much tire choice for the 15's. I am going to try the 245/50/15 Dunlops sport 8000
They are just a little over a inch wider than what i have now,(215/60/15 yoko's) should fill out the flares
nicely and not change the gearing too much

Yes, thats the look but with 245-40/45-16's I think the lower tire would do nicely! Is that an optional tire size for the 16's without messing with the speedo too much?

My speedo seems a bit fast w/215-60-15 - 826 revs per mile

The 245-50-15 is 848 revs per mile & 245-45 -16 is 847 revs

What size tire is the stock speedo set up for?
