'73 2.0 Would like to remove the front bumper teats. Do I need to remove the bumper for this? If so is that a fairly easy project? What is the process? Thanks in advance.

Yes. Yes. On eather side of bumper in wheel well, two bolts. Easy.

What condition are your teats in? (Oops, that didn't come out right) Ill buy them from you if in good shape.

You can get bumper bolts from your local autobody supply place to fill in the holes after removal.
