Anyone have the weight on these babies?
Brad Roberts
You alive?

I can weigh them sometime over the holiday.

The 915 weighs 120lbs about 15lbs more than a 901

I have a G50 and a Tip I can weigh at the shop.

brad, we weighed a 901 at joe sharps.. 75 exact without starter....
Dave_Darling
Approximate weights, from a Pano article a number of years back:
901- 75 lbs
915 - 125 lbs
G50 - 175 lbs

No data on the Tip; never been interested enough for any info I've read to stick.

Thanks Brad - DDarling gave us the weight of the G50, so just need the tip.

With or without gear lube Aaron?

I'll sling the TIP up on a scale tonight and post back or call you.

Good guess Aaron, it's an 80mm crank. The LN cylinders are 98mm. It should end up having a good deal of torque.

And now after making a special offset key for the cam gear (to correct for the web cam inconsistencies) we can finally check the valve clearances and the other remaining issues.

Anyway it's a happy day when progress is made. smile.gif
