Liquid soap if a flat tip screw driver and some patience doesnt work.....you arnt done yet!?

If you're talking about the ones along the engine shelf it's really not too hard. I have done a few and they seemed to go in without too much difficulty.
I used the widest bladed screw driver I could find and put a piece of duct tape on the end so I wouldn't tear it and just worked it into the channel.
Start with one side in the groove and start pushing the other into it. I also found it easier if you do it from the bottom...
