So, is this why you were jumpin' around on the track at speed? I looked at the PP site & all I found was something about A arm bushings. Hope yers is ok fer AX on Sunday.

Hey JP (Just Pounding????) smash.gif smash.gif

I have a few sets of A-arms that show small signs of cracking as well near the ball joint.

Welding and gusseting of this area should be an okay repair.

We weld up the seams.

JP.. I promise those failing have been involved in some form of accident prior to the current owners.

I was just recently taught how to look for a bent control arm.. you would be surprised how many people are running around on bent arms.

They bend right at the ball joint socket.

Where's the start of this topic? Does JP have A arm problems? Hate to start a book in the middle!

I think this goes way back to a topic we had either last spring or winter.
