Full Version: fuel injection what type is mine
Hi on my 1972 1700cc what are the differance in types of fuel injection,what should I look for cheers Kevin
if it's stockFI(most likely) then it's Djet for you...
unless someone pulled the FI and replaced it with the L-jet that came on the 1.8L engines in 74-75

d-jets are evil. they bite and scratch and laugh at you when your not there. if you just got the car check out the vacuum hoses or even better replace them. ask many questions from the club. great minds here. get used to extreme sarcasm. ggod luck

is there anyone on the planet right now who hates d jet more than chef? I don't think so...He's right though, when things are amiss it will drive you batty and keep you up at night. Funky little system. But it gets better.....
