Anyone have a good recommendation for a welder in San Diego?
I dont care if they work in their garage, just would need to do nice work.
Slow is cool. Jeez, I'd love to be shown how to do it as well.

I use to work in a machine shop, and have a wire welder, what do you want welded???

You can see some pictures in my blog,

Some holes inside the rear trunk, minor repairs in the hell hole that may require a little metal fab. and working, an unknow quantity of repair inthe passenger side jacking point (failed the poke it with a sharp object test).

My motor is out and i'd like to try and sort out the rust business before its back on the road.

I can get a trunk portion to cut patches out of. Hell hole may just be patched with some pieces of metal, jack point may require some sheet metal froma car or repro.

Would be nice if the patching was as subtle as possible.


Arent you kind of a long ways from me??
