I'm sure this has been done, but I haven't seen it. If anyone has seen it, which engine did they use? Two rotor or three? Normally aspirated or turbo? how did it work? Just being curious again.

For sure been done. Here's an example.

Soloracer here on the board is working on a 3-rotor project.

has been discussed before, with pics even ... Dr. Wankel beat you to it by about 35 years ...

he converted a 914-6 (yes, a real /6) to one of his rotary engines in either '70 or '71, if i recall correct ...

and here is the master of all rotaries posing next to his 914 ...
