I've seen different pushrod tube seals in a few catalogs. Which ones are the best? Does it matter?

I always use the Vitron? Viton? whatever, the expensive ugly brown/red ones that never leak. Use some moly grease when you push them in, and make sure you feel them pop all the way in.

Just use a big blob of RTV. It will hold.

Viton seals can be black, green, brown, gray, blue, orange, red, purple, and even pink. Yes, pink. Its a dye they put in the rubber when its made.
