In the earlly 70s, he was racing a 914 in EP for Richie Ginther, I believe it was a west coast Porsche-Audi effort. There were other teams in the Midwest and East coast if I remember correctly. Porsche Panorama even did a series of articles on the changes that the cars had to make them race ready. Much neater than some of today's articles in Pano on new available alacantra interior options and the like, IMHO.

He was/is a great driver and it looks like he's enjoying himself even today!
