RUN away... If a simple IAT reading tweak made the car run sooo much better, the factory would do it.
It is telling the computer the air is Hotter than it actually is, so the computer removes fuel. Unless your car's IAT sensor reads differently, then it is telling the computer to richen everything up... Neither situation is a positive one.
The ONLY way that hunk of marketing could make more HP is if the car was out of tune to begin with.
