any success/ failures?
and if you did a cryo treatment on your motor,
what parts did you include?

Cryo everything, even bearings. You can even cryo the Nickies after they have been plated. Who would have thought? I used to cryo the cylinders before plating until I found otherwise.

what about cylinder heads?
Seem like it might F* with the seats and guides with the contraction of the materials?
Case? I was thinking it was really for steel items. hmm.

He's right. Cryo everything. When you take the heads apart for machine work, cryo it all. Case. Cryo it. Colorado School of Mines just did a series of experiments in regards to cryogenic treatment and tires. It's all good. The rubber bonds to itself better, heats up easier, and sticks to the ground better. Sounds good to me.
But. There IS a cryogenic treatment "recipe" for different materials. What's optimal for brass may not be best for aluminum. But, it will be ok.
