yep...both front and back do nothing for our cars.

But I must say that one is the crappiest excuse for one that I've seen.
What's it for? hanging your laundry?

I would say that bar does very little being bolted to the sheetmetal like that.

As far a adding bar in general, I don't think it is needed 'cept for a real big tire/big HP track cars.

A fellow west coast racer did a test for a rear strut bar.

He installed it in two pieces. One bar inside the other. He did not weld the two. On the two joining parts he drilled a hole a put a toothpick through the hole and did several track sessions. The bar did not move enough to break the tootpick.

The 914 bulkheads do a fantastic job! No need for 914 stut bars.
