My speedo in my six jumps around under 5mph, Its ok at higher speeds. Speedo works fine,Can it be the cable or the angle drive that goes in the transmission.

A kinked cable can cause that. Happend on another of my vehicles.

cable binding and unbinding in its sheath....

I have the same thing. Wiggled and moved the cable near the speedo and most of it went away
