it's kinda hard to see as I have not taken a good pic of it...if I get a new hood will it do the same thing...I am going to rebuild the car and make it not a piece...but I really want a non-rusted, non-bowed hood...
also my driver's door doesn't line up too well check it out

it's also hard to see but the rear fender sticks out like an extra centimeter at the very bottom...and the other side is fine...should I shim the hinge on the bottom in between the door and the hinge bracket?...so it will twist the door out a bit more or what...

the hood was damaged, they don't just bow like that for no reason...
look for signs of contact at the front bumper area..did you install the hood pins?
if not, one of the previous owners might have been trying to hide something...does the latch work on the front of the hood?
do you have a carpet kit in the front trunk?
there was an available carpet kit that had a piece that covered the gas tank, if it moved and was sitting on the firewall and someone closed the hood, it will bend the hood.
as for the door to fender issue, I would think that the fender is at fault and not the door...if you shim the door, the front section might look odd....

yeah I was thinking that too...I'll figure something out whether I have to cut and reweld it or not...but the hood, I don't know...see I bought this car from a guy in Tulsa Oklahoma for $700 bucks...I was going to make into a racecar with my dad...and I'm only 17 so I don't know much about body work...but I think this car will teach a lot haha...but, the whole thing is ghetto...I'm working on a rotisserie right now to fix everything right...the inside of the fron trunk has just been sprayed with this black stuff that you'd see on the bottom of a car...and it was poorly done so not I have to go and take pretty much that and the whole rest of the car to bare metal and repaint it...but everything works in it except the battery but it still runs if you jump it...the hood pins don't look like they fit well so I bet over time it pushed the hood up...it had been sitting outside for a few year on the side of this guy's house...oh well, looks like a new hood...

Also, are the braces under the hood still attached? I have noticed a few hoods bow up when the braces are no longer fully connected to the hood.

yeah I believe they are and I understand why that'd cause that...

What shape is the hood hinge in? If bad it could allow the hood to raise up in back.
