who can tell me the length of a 914 engine minus all of the cooling junk. basically the overall length of a longblock. Im looking at using a 914 engine in a custom project and using a 4cam fan shoud on top therefor the stock cooling setup would be gone. on the other hand if the engine is too long i cant use it.

quick answer...can anyone help me out? I remember measuring one at one time and i seem to recall it being about 20" but i need to be exact.
