Are the "funnels NLA"? All my efforts in cleaning and repainting the engine are covered with water spots, and the dirt that got washed in since my funnels are broken at the attachment tabs, and don't route the water away from the engine. Are these NLA?

I recently bought one from Performance Products. It took about 4 weeks to get it due to the part being backordered. If they ordered more than 1 they may have more in inventory now. The price was about $17.
