friend of mine is having some starting issues. We tried to track down bad grounds tonight but now i think its just the starter. Makes click/stuck/tired sound and hitting it with a hammer didn't do jack.

anybody got a spare one lying around? figured I would ask here first...

might not be the starter!!! maybe you need a hard start kit. i did and it works too!!!!! about 45.00

I have a load of 924/944 parts in my stash. I just don't know the difference between the various starters - is there a part number of a picture of what you need?
